So in all the madness surrounding the "Bin Laden Affair" it seems that yet again the West is taking a dangerous dangerous slide towards something that is not unparalleled in history but is horrible to consider. An attack has begun on people who dare to question what is going on at the moment that on the face of it looks almost comical and highly strange but on deeper investigation is something that has occurred before in parts of the world in the past.
Obviously the tale of the whole Assassination was so ridiculous and so fraught with inconsistencies that for the first time the so called "Conspiracy Theorists" had the leg up on this one. So at first a creeping attack was commenced first calling even the most sound responses to the event into question. Witness this outrageous dialogue on Fox News with a Republican Judge no less. How strange that we would find ourselves coming out in support of a right wing Judge but no matter what 'wing' you come from if you speak truth then you are to be applauded.
Amazing that Lou Dobbs tries to call into question that this is all purely a "Libertarian View". A Libertarian View that we have to follow the LAW!?!?! So Conservatives are the new Anarchists saying tear up everything and the "Libertarians" (long accused of being extreme in their anarchic small government views) are the ones supporting that we should follow due process and a system of law and justice?? What an insane topsy turvy world we have now entered.
But then the attacks began to get even more outrageous and insidious. Calling into question the very mental health of the people who ask some very sane and serious questions about the whole affair that we find ourselves in when we talk of the War On Terror. Beginning with this outrageous attack on Cindy Sheean a true hero and truth talker of the world. The following interview almost seems to be painting her questions about the whole thing as a psychotic manifestation of her not dealing with her sons loss. A disgusting low stoop.
And then the attack was on for one and all. The floodgates opened and the Lamestream media of the supposedly enlightened Western Civilisation began to openly call into question the entire mental health of a whole section of society.
Even Eliot Spitzer has weighed in on the whole thing along these lines. Funny that all the youtube videos of him saying this tripe have had embedding switched off. You can view his

What makes it even more galling that someone like Spitzer would play this line is that as chief witch hunter and prosecutor of Wall Street then surely the main charge that he would have been bringing against the companies he went into battle against would have been the charge of CONSPIRACY!! And surely he must have wondered at the convenient timing of when the Feds went after him for his hooker scandal just in time to clear the decks ahead of the GFC.
But I digress the point is Spitzer has never held his tongue in suggesting that the shenanigans of Goldman Sachs have a conspiratorial bent so it was a bit shocking to see him joining in the hit piece. And for that woman to ridiculously suggest that those who question are the paranoid ones as opposed to those who are patting down 3 month old babies in Airports in case they are Laser Eyed Moosi Deathbots is really beyond the pale.
Even the Australian press astonishingly and dangerously joined in
on the party.
So all this leads us to what is going on here? Has there been a mass outbreak of mental disorder around the world? Or are we on the brink of a much darker and more insidious social disorder the likes of which has been seen before in the former Soviet Union. It seems that this exact tactic of suggesting that those who are questioning the actions of the state are in fact mentally ill was exactly the
path the Soviets took. Indeed the most common diagnosis that was given to people who questioned the power of the state was that they were suffering from the completely fictitious disorder known as
Sluggishly Progressing Schizophrenia. A disorder who's hall marks sound remarkably like the same mental health questions now being levelled at the "Conspiracy Theorists". An extremely dangerous and slippery slope to be heading down given that the media and some in the Psychology field in the West seem content to perpetrate this same tactic again.

So ultimately we can NOT dismiss these people and must at least take on board some of what they are asking even if some of their statements are not true. However it is actually a tiny minority that claim that they have statements they can make. Most are just asking questions.
However in the aftermath of the Bin Laden Affair a most astounding accusation HAS come to light. The following statements by Dr Pieczenik MUST at least be investigated as it appears his credentials ARE legitimate. Certainly his fellow author Tom Clancy is the real deal so it would be very unusual for this guy to be burning his potential friendships in the world he moves in just to sell a few more books. So as a final thought on all this listen to this guy who seems pretty clear for someone who the media may paint as suffering a psychological breakdown of some sort:
