INTRODUCTION: A Moment Of Realisation [Or: Is Former Kingfisher County Judge Susie Pritchett Of Tulsa, Oklahoma, A Goatsucking Whorebot?]
Have you ever wondered if maybe former Kingfisher County Judge Susie Pritchett of Tulsa, Oklahoma is a goatsucking whorebot? I often have. Which is not to say that while writing this article I wasn't drawn into many long, awkward and painful debates with myself about democracy and the rule of law. I was. Specifically, I was drawn into many long, awkward and painful debates with myself about democracy and the rule of law and how it is applied in Kingfisher County, Tulsa, Oklahoma, by the United States government, via it's not inconsiderable manipulation of language. I would now like to engage in a long, awkward and painful debate about democracy and the rule of law and how it is applied in Kingfisher County, Tulsa, Oklahoma, by the United States government, via it's not inconsiderable manipulation of language, with reference to the writings of Walter Benjamin's Critique Of Violence and Robert Anton Wilson and Robert Shea's The Illuminatus! Trilogy and I would like to state for the record that yes, former Kingfisher County Judge Susie Pritchett of Tulsa, Oklahoma is a goatsucking whorebot.
PART I: Democracy [Or: An Unfolding OF Miscalculations]
I would like to share some thoughts on democracy and the rule of law and the manipulation of language, with reference to Walter Benjamin's Critique of Violence. But first, in what I'm sure you will recognise as a shocking insight into the minds of our readers, it has recently occurred to me that many of you may be disinclined to share my thoughts on democracy and the rule of law and the manipulation of language [and, in fact, may not even read my thoughts on democracy and the rule of law and the manipulation of language at all and just skip to the bits about goatsucking whores] merely because you not have read Walter Benjamin's Critique of Violence.
And yet pish posh to that, I say. PISH POSH! Look what I've done for you:
Walter Benjamin's Critique of Violence In 26 Words:
"Do we want to buy into democracy and the rule of law?"
"No, we do not want to buy into democracy and the rule of law."
- sparx [2010]
And now that we are all up to speed, here are some common assumptions about democracy and the rule of law:
1] justice is blind
2] the law applies to everyone equally
3] everyone is responsible for enforcing the rule of law
So, as I am not the first to point out, "democracy" is the internalisation of the rule of law, as can be seen by the paranoia about individuals who are thought to be breaking the law, such as individuals who use cannabis.
Basic Marxism states that the ideology of the ruling class becomes the ideology of the people, whereby the ruling class establish a law against the use of cannabis and the people obey the law against the use of cannabis. And people like Noam Chompsky and [far less boringly] Robert Anton Wilson take it further and say that the ideology of the ruling class becomes the reality of the people. RA Wilson uses cannabis as an example:

2] the law applies to everyone equally

His words came through muffled. "It isn't only political power that grows out of the barrel of a gun. So does a whole particular definition of reality. A set and the action that has to happen on that particular set and on no other.""Don't be so bloody patronising," I objected, looking around a corner in time and realising this was the night I would be maced. "That's just Marx: the ideology of the ruling class becomes the ideology of the whole society."
"Not just the ideology, the reality." He lowered his handkerchief. "This was a public park until they changed the definition. Now the guns have changed the reality: it isn't a public park. There is more than one kind of magic."
"Just like the enclosure acts," I said hollowly. "One day the land belonged to the people, the next day it belonged to the landlords."
"And like the narcotics act," he added. "A hundred thousand harmless junkies became criminals overnight by act of congress in 1927. Ten years later, in 1937, all the potheads in the country became criminals overnight by act of congress. And they really were criminals when the papers were signed. The guns proved it. Walk away from those guns waving a joint and refuse to halt when they tell you to, their imagination will become your reality in a second."

So, I'm sure your asking yourself, what's this got to do with that goatsucking whorebot former Kingfisher County Judge Susie Pritchett Of Tulsa, Oklahoma and me? Let's see what this reputable, mainstream news source has to say about it.
PART II: The Rule Of Law [Or: Not Just Imprisoned, The Prison Itself]
How $31 of pot gave mom a 10-year-prison sentence
- ; February 20, 2011.
Three days before Christmas, Spottedcrow, 25, entered the Eddie Warrior Correctional Center. Because of $31 in marijuana sales, Patricia Marilyn Spottedcrow is now serving 10 years in prison, has been taken away from her four young children and husband, and has ended her work in nursing homes.
“I'm nervous … because it's prison … people I don't know,” she said. “People said don't get too comfortable here or you'll be here longer. Don't make too many friends. Come and do your time and get out.”
On Dec. 31, 2009, Spottedcrow and her mother, Delita Starr, 50, sold a “dime bag” of marijuana to a police informant at Starr's home in Kingfisher, court records state. Starr handled the transaction and asked her 9-year-old grandson — Spottedcrow's son — for some dollar bills to make change for the $11 sale. Two weeks later, the same informant returned and bought $20 of marijuana from Spottedcrow. The two women were arrested for drug distribution and because Spottedcrow's children were in the home, an additional charge of possession of a dangerous substance in the presence of a minor was added.
“It just seemed like easy money,” said Spottedcrow, who says she is not a drug user but has smoked marijuana. “I thought we could get some extra money. I've lost everything because of it.”
The women were each offered plea deals of two years in prison. But because neither had prior convictions and the drug amounts were low, they gambled and entered a guilty plea before a judge with no prior sentencing agreement. Starr received a 30-year suspended sentence with no incarceration, but five years of drug and alcohol assessments. Spottedcrow wassentenced to 10 years in prison for distribution and two years for possession, to run concurrently. She will be up for parole in 2014. [...]

Former Kingfisher County Judge Susie Pritchett, who retired in December, said the women were conducting “an extensive operation” and included children in the business. “It was a way of life for them,” Pritchett said.
“Considering these circumstances, I thought it was lenient. By not putting the grandmother in prison, she is able to help take care of the children.” A presentencing investigative report prepared by the Department of Corrections rated Spottedcrow's risk of re-offending as “high” and recommended substance abuse treatment while incarcerated.

“It does not appear the defendant is aware that a problem exists or that she needs to make changes in her current behavior.”
Spottedcrow was unemployed and without a stable residence when arrested, the report states. The family lost their Oklahoma City home for not paying bills. “When she needed money … this is the avenue she chose rather than finding legitimate employment,” the report states.
“The defendant does not appear remorseful … and she makes justifications for her actions.”
Only if there are other more serious circumstances is a first-time drug offender sent to prison, she said. “When kids are involved, it's different,” Pritchett said. “This was a drug sale. When I look at someone in front of me, I'm thinking, ‘What is it going to take to rehabilitate this person?' We look at their attitude and other factors.”
When Spottedcrow was taken to jail after her sentencing, she had marijuana in her jacket. She pleaded guilty to that additional charge Jan. 24 and was sentenced to two years in prison and fined nearly $1,300. That sentence also will run concurrent with her other conviction.
Spottedcrow has four children — ages 9, 4, 3 and 1 — and is determined to keep her 8-year, common-law marriage intact. “It's been really hard on my husband,” she said. “I know a lot of things can happen, but he'll always have my back and be there.” Her son is aware of what has happened, but the girls have been told their mother is away at college.
“I missed my daughter's fourth birthday, and I'll miss her fifth one too. My other daughter just started talking, and I'm not there to hear her,” Spottedcrow said. “My baby woke up … and doesn't know where her mommy is. This is the hardest thing to do, and know I can't do anything about it. I just have to focus on myself and take it day-to-day and plan for going home. I will want to see my kids at some point. I'm trying to take this slow. I can't get depressed about it.”
Oklahoma's two prisons for women — the maximum-security Mabel Bassett in McLoud and minimum-security Eddie Warrior in Taft — housed 2,622 prisoners last year. Of those, 48 percent are serving time for nonviolent drug offenses and 22 percent for other nonviolent offenses such as embezzlement and forgery.
Of the 1,393 women received by Oklahoma prisons last year, 78 percent were identified by DOC as minimal public safety threats. [...]

In a year, Spottedcrow will have a review and hopes to shorten her time in prison.“I'm already changed,” she said. “This is a real eye-opener. I'm going to get out of here, be with my kids and live my life.”
[Greg the Bunny says: I'll be rooting for you ... (...although I am a Bunny and that's just the way I roll, yeah)]
PART III: The Manipulation Of Language [Or: One Mouth For All Words]
So, as we can see, many of the assumptions we may hold about democracy and the rule of law would appear to be contradicted by the above case. Namely that "justice is blind" and that "the law applies to everyone equally." As Benjamin states:
Mythical violence in its archetypal form is a mere manifestation of the gods. Not a means to their ends, scarcely a manifestation of their will, but first of all a manifestation of their existence.
- Walter Benjamin: Critique of Violence [in Reflections; Harcourt Brace Jovanovich; 1978; p294.]
So, the rule of law itself is not what most people think it is. There appears to be a mythical element to it. Applying the above quote to this case, "the gods" are embodied in the person and position of former Kingfisher County Judge Susie Pritchett Of Tulsa, Oklahoma, goatsucking whorebot. To put it another way, in a democracy the state commits violence not as a way to punish people who break the law, but just to prove that the rule of law exists and that the democratic state can punish people. Or, if this helps:
And if you disobey the law, it doesn't matter if the law was wrong, because "right" and "wrong" don't actually exist, only whatever the democratic state [which, if we recall, is the internalisation of the rule of law] says will be right and wrong. Benjamin puts it like this:"It punishes people just because it can punish people."
"I know, but that doesn't sound like democracy, yeah?"
"I know, but the law is the law, yeah?"
- sparx [2010]
Mythical violence is bloody power over mere life for its own sake, divine violence pure power over all life for the sake of the living. The first demands sacrifice, the second accepts it.
-[ibid. p297]
And as Benjamin states, and I agree, to the oppressed [and for the sake of argument I am specifically referring to Patricia Marilyn Spottedcrow, poor people, Indigenous people, whores and you] the suspension of the rule of law is meaningless anyway. Or, to put it another way, democracy is meaningless anyway. Thus:
"Democracy is meaningless anyway."
- sparx [2010]
CONCLUSION: All That, For This [Or: Former Kingfisher County Judge Susie Pritchett Of Tulsa, Oklahoma Is A Goatsucking Whorebot]
In conclusion: not only is former Kingfisher County Judge Susie Pritchett Of Tulsa, Oklahoma a goatsucking whorebot, it does not appear the goatsucking whorebot is aware that a problem exists or that she needs to make changes in her current behavior. Furthermore, when the goatsucking whorebot needed money this is the avenue she chose rather than finding legitimate employment. And the goatsucking whorebot does not appear remorseful and she makes justifications for her actions. When I look at the goatsucking whorebot I'm thinking, ‘What is it going to take to rehabilitate this goatsucking whorebot?' Also, I look at the goatsucking whorebot's attitude and other factors.
Finally, Walther Benjamin and Robert Anton Wilson were right on in a lot of ways and it wouldn't fucking kill you to crack open a book now and then, in between googling for "goatsucking whores" or whatever the fuck sick shit it is you do with your time.
[SockRatEz says: no, that's pretty much it [#notreallybutforeffect]]

I have to say I take exception to being lumped in with the human goat sucking whores ... as whorebots our sucking capacity is increased 3 fold with a turbo button for serious 5 star vacuum action ... from what I've heard David P's mom has no teeth which while a plus can mean in some cases that she can't get a good penile airlock ... at least that is what some people say ... not me, I'm not saying that ... but who knows, who knows ...
you know what, fembot2012? those are all important points AND you make them very well AND they needed to be said BUT this whole "whorebot" thing is starting to creep me out so now i'm all, like, what the fuck is wrong with me?
also, i just know if i get super defensive about it everyone's just gonna start joking even more, so maybe if i start being all, like: "LOLOLOL WHOREBOTS!!!!1 !! LOL" it might make everyone feel awkward enough to just stop?
you guys, i don't wanna answer this comment. i dunno why. i started off all, like, diplomatic & enthusiastic & shit, but now i'm all, like, meh, i can't help but feel like your comment represents a fundamental failure to critically engage with the ideas about democracy, the rule of law & manipulation of language as articulated by walter benjamin & me & that's like so totally demoralising, you know?
so, in conclusion: 1] everyone shut the fuck up & 2] critically engage with the ideas about democracy, the rule of law & manipulation of language as articulated by walter benjamin & me.
boom. comment answered. happy march, bitches.
So how DO we rehabilitate all these bloody Whorebots? They seem to be facing this very question right now in Egypt and in some parts of Libya where they have astoundingly decided to forgive and attempt to reintegrate their newly vanquished whorebots back into their societies. No mass purging bloodletting there. And all these years the Fox News Whorebots have been telling us all Arabs are evil mass murdering Laser Beam Eye psychopaths. Seems they are way deeper than all that. Anyway how to rehabilitate the Whorebots once weve crushed them?? And dont say "Re-education Camps" Sparx. I know some of Marxism is valid but I think Pol Pot and Mao showed us re-education camps are just a red version of facism.
omg, whiteyroundeyes, i know, right?
that's been confusing the fuck out of me for weeks too.
i mean, if i'm supposedly so fucking anarchist, how come i keep namechecking marx like a little bitch, huh? huh?
I DON'T KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED BUT IT HAPPENED BUT I DIDN'T WANT IT TO HAPPEN BUT NOW I CAN'T CONTROL IT, I CAAAAAAAAN'T COOOONTROOOOL IIIIIIT!!!!!1!!!!
wow, i got all dramatic again.
BUT THIS IS HOW IT STARTS. first i got into the anti-colonial stuff, so i took a little hit of frantz fanon [self-described marxist] & i'm like:
ME: hey, this isn't so bad, i can handle this, i can explore these ideas for their utility & the interesting shit they tell
us about language & control, FROM a strongly antonymous/libertarian place, while still being incredibly critical of "authoritarian marxism" [leninsim] & the way it's been implemented as "state socialism" [stalinism/maoism] & now i'm just
gonna go & tattoo trotsky's face under both my eyelids so i can't get away from it even when i sleep.
kinda like you can handle reading, i dunno, adam smith or whothefuckever & the next thing you know, you're, like:
WHITEYROUNDEYES: hey, this is cool, some of this makes sense to me, maybe i'll go out & get a job with shell oil & kill nigerians & piss on ken saro-wiwa's grave, BOO YAH!!!!!
[note: in my imagination you say "BOO YAH!!!!!" but i think that's prolly just coz i've had too much coffee today.]
or, no, wait, kinda like we can be anti-war & explore that shit & then all of a sudden we wake up & we're, like:
US: hey, let's be pissweak liberal handwringing pacifists & leave the hardcore questioning backed up by real concrete solutions & grounded in genuine solidarity to the space dolphins just keep watching tv & getting more stupid, whaddayasay?
you know?
the tHING IS, WHITEYROUNDEYES, SO MANY PEOPLE STILL HAVE THIS COLDWAR PROGRAMMING WHEREBY "MARX" = "BIN LADEN" & "COMMUNIST" = "TERRORIST" SO AS SOON AS THEY SEE ANYTHING WITH EVEN THE WEAKEST HINT OF CLASS ANALYSIS THEY JUST GET ALL HYPERDEFENSIVE & SAY SHIT LIKE "OH, MARX, THAT SHIT TURNED OUT REALLY BAD & SOCIALLY AWKWARD & I JUST DON'T WANNA GO THERE, SO IT'S COOL FOR ME TO IGNORE CLASS & NOT EXAMINE MY OWN CLASS PRIVILEGE EVEN THO THIS WILL PROLLY RESULT IN A LESS AUTHENTIC ANALYSIS THAT MAYBE ISN'T GROUNDED IN REAL SOLIDARITY OR WHATEVZ."
note: that wasn't meant to look all angry & shouty & shit, but i accidentally hit caps & just decided to go with it, you know?
sometimes i just like to go with things. [#notlitterally.]
but the class thing is where it's at, right, so any discussion of war, racism, money, control, disinformation or the other wacky shit we look at would be incomplete & disingenuous unless i am constantly pushing myself to explore these ideas in a witty, subversive way & i don't think this will result in total disinformation awareness re-education camps [#butwhatifitdoes...?]
so, in conclusion, i think we may have to start a drinking game where every time i namecheck marx, everyone has to take a shot of vodka & sing the international & just, like, deal, you know?
i don't know what we're gonna do when i namecheck marxist inspired philosophers like ernst bloch, or post-marxist literary critics like fredric jameson, but i guess i'll just have to assign them all various vodka based cocktails on a case by case basis, you dig?
but enough about me & marx, what were we talking about again?
oh, right, rehabilitation.
well, in terms of the media "whorebots" i would recommend 3 days in an isotank, dosed up on acid & watching this on loop, followed by a lot of crying about how their mothers didn't hug them enough when they were little or some shit like that & brought on home with more acid & maybe some healthy fresh air & exercise & hardcore questioning backed up by real concrete solutions & grounded in genuine solidarity.
but that's just off the top of my head, you dig? i'm sure everyone has a lot of useful ideas to contribute to the "rehabilitation" & "re-education" of "whorebots."
omg, you guys! we should totally have our own total disinformation awareness re-education camp!
i know, but we HAVE to do this shit!
we'd have the coolest re-education camp ever, you guys would be keeping everyone nicely high & blasting the psytrance &, i dunno, building treehouses or trebuchets or some shit like that, & i'd just give all the "whorebots" candy & let them go home early.
it'd be fun.
Where do you even begin with re-educating Whorebots like this?
...by praying to the fucking space dolphins that its all a really subtle satire we're just too sophisticated to appreciate?
yeah, i got nothing...
